I am permanently based in Singapore, where I have become a citizen.

I have worked for many US, UK and EU international vendors and manufacturers, covering all of the APAC and Oceania region, including India (but excluding mainland China).

I specialise in the tech, IT and media industry, where most of my experience and professional network have been developed over the years.

However, I can offer similar services for other industries if appropriate: contact me for a more in-depth discussion.

If you are a company based outside of APAC, and not willing to invest in a physical office in the region, or have no need for permanent staff to perform level 1 response to customers, those are the services your company need, delivered in the same timezone as your customers: when you are offline.

Whether this is for presales, support, sales, or other services, I will respond to your customers' inquiries via email or phone during APAC business hours and report back to you through your designated communication channels (corporate email, support tickets, etc.).

Some companies provide a corporate domain email account (and business cards) for interacting with their customers.

Each company requirements are unique, and so will be the services you require. Our agreement and pricing will detail areas of training, response time, KPIs and other information necessary to fulfil your desired level of service.

Pricing is based on an agreed monthly flat fee: volume of inquiries, complexity of engagement and commision based services may be taken into account.
