By leveraging our combined experience and expertise in those operational areas, not only can you save time correcting and improving organizational problems, but also bring an independent voice and a fresh set of ears you may otherwise not benefit from.

We need to understand what the problem may be in order to propose a framework for resolution. We will work in tandem to deliver improved processes, changes where needed, and recommendations for the long term which you can measure.

We would generally document all aspects of the challenges facing your organization, along with our recommendations, in a scope of work. This document will be the framework upon which we will work with you to bring upon the changes where needed.

After an introductory visit or call to understand which amount of work may be involved, a quote and scope of work outline will be given for review and approval. 

Quote is based on a working hour rate, project cost, and miscellaneous if applicable. 

Only when the quote is being agreed upon and signed, will the project and invoicing start.

Work will start after the initial down payment is received and the final quote is signed; the down payment is non-refundable.

Shall the project need to be cancelled, all work done to date is documented and handed back to the customer as final settlement.

While our main customer base resides in Singapore, overseas projects can be arranged. Terms & conditions are to be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.
